Financial Fitness Awareness: Digital Services Promotion

Staff Guide: Digital Services Promotion

We are launching our new "Financial Fitness Awareness" campaign! This initiative is designed to inspire our members to strengthen their financial health by utilizing our robust online and mobile banking tools. By making digital transactions a habit, members can achieve "financial fitness" with more convenience and security than ever before.

We need your expertise to demonstrate the value of these services and guide members toward a more streamlined banking experience.

Campaign Overview

This campaign focuses on digital adoption, using engaging imagery and straightforward messaging to show members how online and mobile banking transactions contribute to their overall financial well-being.

Campaign Target

  • Active Digital Users: Members who may not be aware of all available "fitness" features like MyCards or Zelle.

  • Traditional Transactors: Members who would benefit from the time-saving features of mobile deposit and bill pay.

  • Rate-Conscious Members: Those looking to lower their loan rates by bundling services.

Promotion Strategies

  • Educate members on the "eAccounts" bundle to help them save on loan rates.

  • Encourage the use of MyCards for enhanced security and travel management.

  • Drive Downloads of our updated mobile banking app for access to Zelle and Mobile Deposit.

  • Promote eStatements as the fastest and most secure way to receive account information.

Campaign Timeframe

The campaign will run from May 1 – May 31, 2026.

What’s the Skinny on Digital Adoption?

  • Security Literacy: Members often hesitate due to security concerns; however, tools like MyCards give them the power to freeze their card the second it's misplaced.

  • The "Updated" Factor: It is vital that members download the latest version of our app to access Zelle and the improved MyCards interface.

  • Financial Health: Users who check their balances and set alerts via digital banking are 30% less likely to incur overdraft fees.
