Organizational Accounts

Parameters 

• Accounts may be established for organizations such as FOP or 4-H Clubs; however, all members of the club must be eligible for membership. 
• The following is needed to establish the organizational account:
  • Account card
  • Account authorization card
  • Most recent Board of Directors minutes listing the officers, who is authorized to sign, and how many signatures are required.
    • If the organization does not hold meetings, we can accept a letter from the head or authorized member of the group detailing the required information.
  • All signers on the account are required to provide acceptable forms of identification (same as all new members).
  • A copy of the organization’s EIN issued by the IRS.
